As an AI Developer - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level and drive overall project success. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of business applications to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of business applications
- Managing complex projects and guiding teams through ambiguous and challenging situations
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities for improvement
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
- Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on feedback
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams
- Directing the team in strategic planning and execution of technology-driven initiatives
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across consulting projects

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
