We are looking for an experienced AI Architect / AI Solution Architect with 14–20 years of experience to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI architecture, solution design, enterprise technology strategy, and translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing AI-driven solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for defining the overall AI architecture, evaluating emerging technologies, establishing architectural standards, and guiding engineering teams in building intelligent applications that deliver measurable business value. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, deep technical expertise, and strong stakeholder management capabilities.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise AI architecture strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technology roadmaps, and organizational goals.
• Design end-to-end AI solutions, including architecture, technology selection, system integration, deployment, and scalability.
• Lead the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions, generative AI applications, Large Language Models (LLMs), and intelligent automation platforms.
• Architect scalable, secure, reliable, and high-performance AI systems across cloud and enterprise environments.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, tools, and platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and business transformation.
• Design AI-powered solutions incorporating machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and generative AI.
• Establish architectural best practices, design principles, governance frameworks, and technical standards for AI solution development.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, data privacy, compliance, performance, and cost optimization.
• Drive proof of concepts (POCs), solution evaluations, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications and business processes.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 14–20 years of overall experience in software engineering, enterprise architecture, technology consulting, or solution architecture.
• Proven experience working as an AI Architect, AI Solution Architect, or Solution Architect.
• Strong track record of designing and delivering complex, enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Experience leading architecture discussions and working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
