As an Agentic Engineering Lead - Senior Manager, you will drive software and product innovation, focusing on developing transformative software solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver impactful results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. As a Senior Manager, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while crafting and conveying clear, engaging messages that tell a holistic story.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, and validate outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives and acting on feedback. Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing and guiding teams in designing, coding, and testing applications that enhance user experiences
- Utilizing advanced programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++ to create robust software applications
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise application architecture and microservices to optimize system performance
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Directing the application of continuous integration and delivery practices to streamline software development processes
- Validating software quality through rigorous testing and debugging to maintain operational excellence
- Promoting the adoption of agile methodologies and software development best practices across teams
- Coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Engaging with clients to provide strategic advice and gather feedback for ongoing product enhancement

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Leveraging skills in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and CI/CD
- Utilizing advanced programming languages like Python, Java, and C++
- Demonstrating proficiency in API Management and Microservices architecture
- Applying systems thinking to identify and solve complex problems
- Leading teams through challenging and uncertain situations
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages to stakeholders

- Must have expertise in Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Python, AKS, Copilot Studio, AI Search, Semantic Kernel
