We're looking for someone who wants to sell, grow, and build a long-term career in insurance. Previous insurance experience is a plus, but it isn't required. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, banking, automotive, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other performance-driven roles are encouraged to apply.

You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the resources to develop your insurance knowledge while building the sales skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with prospective customers through agency-provided leads, referrals, outbound calls, and networking

• Ask questions to understand each customer's situation, priorities, and current insurance coverage

• Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions across Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

• Provide quotes and guide prospects through the sales process from initial conversation through closing

• Consistently follow up with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline

• Build long-term customer relationships that generate retention, referrals, and additional sales opportunities

• Cross-sell coverage to help customers better protect what matters to them

• Work toward individual and agency production goals

• Participate in ongoing sales coaching, product education, and professional development

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licensing preferred, or willingness to obtain the required licenses
