宜兴光缆Connectivity-制程检验员：

1. 对裁线、剥纤、注胶固化、端面研磨、压接组装所有工序执行巡回检验，严守标准作业规范。

2. 识别常规单芯连接器、SPC快速连接器、MPO多芯组件的外观、装配缺陷，例如端面崩边、纤芯偏心、胶缝开裂、壳体对位不良等。

3. 配合完成插入损耗、回波损耗、端面三维干涉检测的抽样工作，判定测试异常，隔离不良物料并第一时间向上反馈。

4. 核心负责全厂标识管控：核查制程流转标签、成品合格证、外箱条码，核对料号、批次代码、版本号、客户物料编码，杜绝错标、漏标、标签附着力不足、条码无法扫码追溯等问题。

5. 采集制程关键参数，如实填写巡检报表，配合完成SPC的数据归集，监控制程波动

6. 依照SIP作业指导书、封样样板、AQL抽样标准执行检验；对不合格品进行标识隔离，跟进返工后的复检工作。

 7. 遵守ISO9001质量体系要求，熟知RoHS、REACH环保标识的基础管控规则，配合客户审核与体系稽查。
