Job Summary:

The Agency Admin Support will assist agency compliance with agency-and-producer licensing, E&O renewals, and commissions. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties assigned as needed.

• Maintain and update agency and producer database.
• Process terminations and suspensions as needed.
• Manage agency E&O renewals/updates.
• Manage producer and entity licensing for all active agencies.
• Recurring commission changes.
• Other agency related tasks as needed.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or GED required, with some college or 2-4 years of related experience preferred.
• Insurance experience is preferred.
• Experience with agency administrative duties a plus.

• Ability to analyze, problem solve, and thrive in a collaborative environment of trust and high performance.
• Excellent written, communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills, able to prioritize workload efficiently.
• Coachable and eager to learn new tasks, skills, and knowledge.
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize workload efficiently and be flexible to daily changing job duties.
• Bi-Lingual Preferred (English and Spanish).

Computer Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
