As an AES SAP PP-QM Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. You articulate our purpose and values in a meaningful way, embracing technology and innovation to enhance your delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will partner with team leadership to confirm collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. By developing skills outside your comfort zone and encouraging others to do the same, you will effectively mentor others and use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the skills of team members. Addressing conflicts or issues, you will engage in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP supply chain and operations consulting projects to optimize client processes and improve operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing SAP software solutions to support strategic objectives
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to deliver successful outcomes
- Coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Utilizing data-driven insights to drive process improvements and cost management strategies
- Overseeing the deployment of supply chain management software to enhance client operations
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for supply chain transformation and innovation
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within SAP frameworks
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and leading practices in supply chain management

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
