As an AES SAP ABAP Manager, you will lead the charge in optimizing operational efficiency for our clients by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing comprehensive training and support. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions, overseeing tasks such as installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

Responsibilities

- Leading the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Managing SAP ABAP development projects to optimize operational efficiency for clients
- Analyzing client needs to implement software solutions that align with strategic objectives
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Guiding teams in strategic technology planning and execution of business transformation initiatives
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to enhance insights generation and process improvement
- Developing scalable solutions for SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver environments
- Promoting service excellence and embracing change within application evolution services
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori for business transformation
