As an Advisory - Deals - Valuation - Senior Associate, you will focus on providing analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. You will help clients make informed decisions by assessing the worth and potential risks of various deals. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Deals practice, where you will engage in business development, thought leadership, and firm-building activities. Working with experienced consultants, you will address complex business issues from strategy to execution. This opportunity allows you to contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of project controls, while also participating in writing reports and presentations. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals.

Responsibilities

- Conducting detailed analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and financial transactions
- Participating in the review of project schedules and budgets, and forecasting project performance
- Performing independent validation of project data to support informed decision-making
- Contributing to the development and implementation of project management processes and controls
- Assisting in the preparation of proposals and identifying opportunities for the Capital Projects & Infrastructure practice
- Supporting the design and maintenance of custom web-based dashboards and interactive reporting tools
- Engaging in business development and thought leadership activities to address complex business issues
- Utilizing technical skills in financial modeling and valuation for financial reporting and strategic decision-making
- Collaborating with global project teams to solve Capital Projects & Infrastructure related challenges
- Managing stakeholder expectations and providing transaction recommendations based on comprehensive analysis

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Supporting the development, build, and maintenance of internal tools using Python
- Designing custom web-based dashboards using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python frameworks
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and tools for project advisory workflows
- Understanding of key business functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- Managing projects, meeting timelines, and communicating progress effectively
- Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking
- Prior experience in consulting or M&A-related areas like due diligence and integration
