We are looking for an Advisor IT Application Services to support and enhance our Asset and Work Management Systems, with a primary focus on IBM Maximo/MAS 9. In this role, you will combine business analysis and technical expertise to support the end-to-end lifecycle of asset and work management processes. What You Will Do:
- Act as a subject matter expert and administrator for Maximo/MAS, supporting system configuration, workflows, security, automation scripts, and reporting.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate business needs into effective functional and technical solutions.
- Support integrations between Maximo and enterprise applications, including Oracle ERP Finance and Supply Chain systems.
- Design, test, and implement system enhancements and new functionality to support evolving business and operational requirements.
- Provide second- and third-level application support for Maximo and related systems, including field mobility solutions, while helping maintain system availability and performance.
- Lead and participate in system upgrades, enhancements, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop system documentation and training materials, deliver training to end users and support teams, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support successful solutions.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, business analysis, or a related area.
- Experience or exposure to IBM Maximo/MAS or other asset and work management systems, with an understanding of asset and work management concepts.
- Strong problem solver with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical system and technology solutions.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable collaborating with business partners, technical teams, vendors, and end users.
- Experience with field mobility solutions, such as Maximo Mobile or other mobile applications for field technicians, is considered an asset.
- Experience or exposure to Oracle ERP Finance/Supply Chain, SAP Work Manager and/or Plant Maintenance, SQL, or reporting tools such as BIRT is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices or ITIL certification is considered an asset.
Working Conditions:
- Typical office environment.
- Limited travel may be required to support business, project, or operational needs.
Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
Salary:
- Ranges from $85,000 – $120,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
- Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
