We are looking for an Advisor, Employee Services to join our People Services & Solutions team. In this role, you will help deliver a high-quality HR administration and employee support experience. You will play an important role in ensuring employee lifecycle processes are managed accurately, efficiently, and with a strong focus on service, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

• Provide HR administration and employee support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day queries.
• Support employees and managers with People policies, processes, and procedures, delivering a professional and responsive service.
• Maintain accurate employee records, prepare employment documents, and support compliance with internal policies and data protection requirements.
• Work closely with payroll and other People teams to ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience.
• Contribute to Workday-related support and process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

What you'll bring

• Experience in HR operations, employee services, or HR administration, ideally supporting entities in France.

• Good understanding of French employment administration requirements and relevant labour law considerations.

• Experience using HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
• Strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A collaborative, proactive, and service-oriented approach.

Compensation Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 100,700 zł - 159,300 zł. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan (”bonus plan”). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
