As an Adobe Data- AEP/RTCDP, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your broad range of consulting skills across various Salesforce applications to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts, interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, and uphold professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Collaborating with clients to develop and execute strategic objectives using Salesforce tools
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
- Developing training materials to enhance client understanding and application of Salesforce solutions
- Managing and inspiring team members to deliver quality work in complex situations
- Navigating ambiguity to identify opportunities for process standardization and improvement
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
- Interpreting data to generate recommendations that align with client business models
- Engaging in business process modeling to support client strategic goals

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex business processes
- Developing innovative solutions through emerging technologies
- Implementing enterprise software for enhanced business integration
- Excelling in project architecture and budgeting for client engagements
