As a Salesforce Adobe Content- Workfront, Genstudio- Senior Associate, you will leverage your consulting skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that optimize operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Collaborating with clients to develop business models and process improvements using Salesforce tools
- Managing and inspiring teams to deliver quality work and build meaningful client relationships
- Navigating complex situations to deepen technical skills and awareness of strengths
- Utilizing analytical thinking and AI fluency to inform insights and recommendations
- Developing training materials to enhance client understanding and application of Salesforce technologies
- Implementing technology solutions that align with strategic objectives and business processes
- Integrating emerging technologies to drive innovation and improve client outcomes
- Supporting enterprise integration and systems project management for Salesforce applications

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront administration and configuration. 

• Proven expertise with Workfront APIs and Workfront Fusion for automation and integration use cases. 

• Solid understanding of project, program, resource, and enterprise work-management concepts
  - Navigating complex client relationships and delivering tailored solutions

• Experience integrating Workfront with AEM, Jira, ServiceNow, CRM systems, or other enterprise applications. 

• Exposure to enterprise architecture, cloud integration platforms, or middleware solutions. 
  - Developing training materials to enhance team capabilities and client satisfaction
  - Implementing technology solutions that drive business process improvements
  - Excelling in analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic decisions
