Job Description Summary:

Responsible for providing administrative and document management support to the Division / Department, including document filing, scanning, verification, data organization, and system uploading to ensure accurate and timely documentation throughout the project.

Job Description:

• Perform administrative and document management activities for the Division / Department

• Organize, file, scan, and verify documents and scanned files to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Maintain document backups from the existing OpenText system prior to migration or uploading to the new Licensing Dashboard system

• Upload and manage documents in the new Licensing Dashboard system according to established procedures

• Verify uploaded documents and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and proper categorization

• Maintain proper documentation records and support document retrieval when required

• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to clarify incomplete or inaccurate documentation

• Perform other administrative and project support activities as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent

• 1–2 years of experience in administration, document control, project administration, or a similar role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Willing to be located in Central Jakarta
