Position Summary

Credence has an immediate need for an Administrative Support - Logistics Data Management at the senior level to support HQ AFMC/A4/10 logistics office management and sustainment project management support services at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:

• Track and document items.
• Coordinate calendars.
• Manage shared facility resources and utilization.
• Track and monitor financial costs.
• Review and track program and functional training and maintain organizational program correspondence and suspense’s.
• Maintain division Enterprise Information Management (EIM) sites by assisting the division site manager.
• Maintain EIM sites and encourage project data exchange among EIM site members.
• Monitor completion of directorate actions and report status.
• Attend government-unique training to ensure compliance with HQ AFMC/A4/10 business rules.
• Assist with organizational taskings within the Task Management Tool (TMT), or the current suspense system, and distribute them to the appropriate Action Officer (AO).
• Track suspense’s in TMT or the current suspense system.

Requirements

• Must have an active or current Secret security clearance (or higher), verifiable in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS).
• No degree is required.
• A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience is required. Because of the organizational skills required and the administrative nature of these tasks, qualifying experience may include educational experience beginning with high school and beyond.
• Extensive knowledge of office management and Action Officer processes is desired, including experience tracking and maintaining organizational program correspondence and tracking and monitoring financial costs.

Preferred:

• Advanced degree (MA/MS) and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical or professional discipline being performed, with the proper certifications described in the labor category performance requirements;
• Or bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical or professional discipline being performed, with the proper certifications described in the labor category performance requirements.
