Your Opportunity

Our Salmon Arm office is seeking a service-minded Administrative Professional to join our administrative services team, supporting the Financial Reporting & Insights service line. In this role, you will support Partners, Senior Managers and professional staff by helping coordinate client deliverables, managing day-to-day administrative processes and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.

This is a collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys keeping details organized, supporting a busy team and providing dependable service to both internal and external clients. Training will be provided on firm-specific systems and processes. The successful candidate will own the following job responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client deliverables and help ensure documents are completed, approved, signed, and delivered by required deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support to Partners, Senior Managers and professional staff, including booking meetings, coordinating follow-ups, and helping manage competing priorities.
  • Support billing and accounts receivable processes by preparing information, tracking items, and following up as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation, processing and electronic filing of tax, government, and other regulatory documents.
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic and paper files, including document filing, file close-out, and archiving.
  • Follow up with clients and staff on outstanding approvals, signatures, documentation, and other required actions.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive client and business information with discretion.
  • Provide coverage and support for other administrative team members during vacations, illness, busy periods, and other absences.
  • Assist with reception coverage and file room processes as required.
  • Take on other administrative tasks and routine follow-up to help the team operate efficiently.

How do we define success for your role?

  • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Careful attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, polished work.
  • Clear, professional communication skills and a helpful, team-oriented approach.
  • Comfort working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PDF documents; experience with accounting, tax or document management software is an asset.
  • The ability to work independently while knowing when to ask questions or seek direction.
  • Sound judgment when handling confidential information.
  • Previous administrative, professional services or office experience is an asset, but we welcome applicants with transferable skills and a willingness to learn.
