• Ensure accuracy in the completion of duties timely and accurately such as registration/ billing/ dispatch, improve on dispatch process on soft and hard copies.
• Assist duty valuers via general email, to check consistency and accuracy in monthly bulk valuation submission.
• Check bank statement /cheques promptly & inform valuers to expedite if report not ready.
• Send out ready reports immediately once payment received or/and if the report is ready.
• Update respective valuers accordingly if the report is not ready and update in Valuepro under Job Remarks on the completion date.
• Ensure billings are completed on time and monitored closely and follow up payments with finance.
• Manage aging list by sending reminder letters to banks and inform valuers to follow up at least every three months.
• Process data/ sorting /distribute/ upload bulk indicatives in IVS (while processing and when completed) and issue invoice in due course.
• Responsible for the Bank’s assignments & streamline of bulk process.
• Handle tender documents and renewal of bank panel matters etc.
• To assist valuers in sales development of regular clients
• To assist the Director/ Deputy Director on ad hoc tasks for smooth operation of work and other
• Admin collaboration in achieving optimal efficiency in Valuepro and reduce/ improve administrative process to achieve a) & b)

Ensure >80% of cases are cleared within less than a month. Ensure values are mostly consistent from IVS or related system. Ensure billings are cleared promptly when reports are delivered.
