Primary Accountabilities

• Creates and maintains a filing system for reports and administrative information. Requests resources, equipment and supplies to support the state.
• Handles documents related to standard processes such as invoices and bills.
• Coordinates, schedules and sets-up of department meetings for department leadership.
• Handles seminar/conference education and associated travel arrangements for the state. Coordinates the logistics for marketing events.
• Assists with the creation, compilation and dissemination of reports.
• Attends project meetings as needed and prepares documents and follow up status reports.
• Works with the department leadership team and staff to determine their project and program documentation needs.
• Creates documents such as flowcharts, e-forms, charts and graphs.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service.
• Demonstrated experience in an administrative support role.
• Demonstrated experience with various PC software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office Suites)

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 50 miles of one of the following office locations: St. Joseph, MO or Minneapolis, MN
