Job Summary

A full-time Executive Assistant is needed to support the leaders at WAP.  This position requires someone who can support the Executive Team with a problem-solving mindset in any situation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prioritize needs, projects, and other responsibilities in the fast-paced environment
• Continually adjust meeting schedules according to leader’s preferences
• Provide travel options and book reservations for flights, hotels, cars, restaurants, and other events for leaders
• Screen emails, phone calls, mail and internal requests for meetings as the gate-keeper for both leaders
• Reconcile financial statements and receipts on a monthly basis
• Coordinate events as needed by the business
• Order meals according to the needs of the leadership team
• Able to learn new skills and work overtime frequently as needed by supervisors
• Other duties as assigned

Primary Skills & Requirements:

• Completely trustworthy in maintaining confidentiality with high-level company documents and meetings
• Highly professional with phone and email communication, especially with business relationships
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Proficient in writing, editing, and typing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
• Excellent organizational skills and self-motivation without supervision
• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude under pressure
