In 2026, RTB House launched rtb.com, a self-service platform specifically designed to allow small and medium-sized businesses and agencies to deploy auto-built creatives and maximize performance on any budget.

You Will:

• Handle daily administrative tasks in the office, such as, emails management, purchasing office supplies, office organization, support visitors, cooperation with the landlord; 
• Support the Regional Director in daily duties;
• Arrange official, governmental certificates such as: Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Directors & Secretary, Tax Residency Certificate and others;
• Generate and run reports using spreadsheets such as office budget;
• Collect data and utilize various tracking tools;
• Conduct research and manage special projects as necessary, including health and safety projects, audits;
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees;
• Arrange business travel, including flights and accommodation;
• Plan and organise meetings and all-hands;
• Manage office logistics;
• Organise team building events; 
• Collect invoices and collaborate with the finance department;
• Manage documentation workflows using tools such as Adobe Sign;
• Collaborate closely with other departments to support operational needs;
• Cooperate with suppliers, vendors, and external service providers;

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy;
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities;
• Positive attitude and openness to challenges;
• Excellent communication skills, customer orientation and problem solving ability;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
