Administration Assistant
Location – Ramsay Renacres Hospital, Ormskirk
Full Time – 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our team at Ramsay Renacres Hospital.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of hospital services. You will be a key point of contact for patients, visitors and colleagues, delivering excellent customer service and helping to create a positive experience for everyone who visits our hospital.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a positive, professional and adaptable individual who can manage a varied workload while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organisational and customer service skills

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A flexible and proactive approach to work

• Previous administration experience

• Previous healthcare experience would be advantageous but is not essential
