Summary Provide administrative assistance for the Production Office in the areas of purchasing, invoicing, and inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Performs moisture tests on incoming raw materials, sets up delivery appointments, and complete delivery appointment sheet.

Enter, modify, and maintain inventory of daily packs, warehouse inventory sheets, and raw material sheets on computer spreadsheet.

Process and check picking orders and balance invoices for outgoing shipments.

Deduct orders from stock books and invoice them for out-going shipments.

Make copies and verify daily charts from the production plant.

Assist Director of Production Control with any other tasks associated with raw crop materials such as ordering raw crop material and, verify invoices are correct for beans delivered.

Assist Director of Production Control with production warehouse inventories.

Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.

Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.

Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.

Serve as backup to Receptionist, Production Coordinator and Transportation Coordinator.

Requirements

Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Proficient.
