We are looking for our next Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, Chile.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the relationship with internal and external customers
- Develop local value proposition
- Develop local savings plan focusing on corporative standards.
- Contract Administrator for ADM vendors
- Responsible of process and company protocols
- Ensure successful business control and compliance into corporative platforms/systems
- Office Services Administration
- First Line of help, contact and/or information for any inquiry
- Special care with visitors and customers (foreigners and locals)
Who We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in administrative, office support, or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Residing in San Antonio or nearby areas.
Skills & Competencies
- Has strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Communicates effectively with both internal and external customers.
- Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrates attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Is proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented in a dynamic work environment.
- Has strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Enjoys providing support and delivering a positive experience to employees, visitors, and customers.
