The State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (STRS Ohio) is seeking an Administrative Assistant 2, Investment Management to join the Investment/Management team.

Compensation: 

$25.60 - $28.80/ hr.

Work Schedule:

8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday. (On-site)

General Summary:

Under the direction of the executive assistant, administrative supervisor, Investments, perform diverse and advanced administrative support for State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (STRS Ohio) Investments department.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Develop PowerPoint presentations, coordinate and edit agendas, meeting summaries and other materials in support of the overall goals of the Investment department.

• Coordinate and confirm calculations on the external manager fees for international equity on a quarterly basis.

• Arrange and coordinate international travel, ensuring accurate completion of expense reports; provide backup support to other travel coordinators as needed.

• Assist Investment Policy Officer with Proxy Voting Policy implementation, including proxy voting and tracking.

Summary of Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Five years administrative experience in an office environment required.

• Aptitude to arrange complex international travel and lodging within established guidelines and provide/coordinate supporting documents, such as Visas, required.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

• Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with internal and external contacts required.
