Job Description Summary : 

Responsible for the overall administration of the Division / Department, including budget, finance, purchasing, procurement of goods and services, and other contracts

Job Description :

• Monitor invoice payments are processed and well documented

• Ensure all administrative documents are required

• Helping to find out the price of transportation information is updated

• Assist management prepare budget, planning, work activity

• Prepare reports and related data management needs

• Help prepare publications

Job Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

• Have a minimum 2 years experience as administration assistant (KTU) in palm oil plantation

• Willing to placed in Kuayan Estate (Kalteng)
