The RGA Co-Op/Internship Program is committed to providing students with meaningful work and a chance to gain a wide knowledge of the insurance industry and to network with fellow interns and full-time associates. We provide a welcoming environment where students are encouraged to ask questions and contribute their ideas while expanding their technical and communication skills.

• Assisting in model validation activities, risk monitoring and reporting
• Assisting in the implementation of the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tool for Model Risk Management (MRM) governance.
• Maintaining the model validation report repository
• Supporting the team on ad hoc requests

Requirements

• Skilled in MS Office (particularly Excel) and at least one programming language (VBA, R, Python, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and results-orientated
• Experience in (re)insurance industry and/or risk management

Preferred

• Experience with PowerBI
• Passed at least one actuarial exam
