Job Summary:
As a Customer Data Platform (CDP) Manager, you will lead strategic marketing transformation initiatives enabled by Customer Data Platforms, AI-driven activation, and data-driven customer engagement. You will advise clients on customer data strategy, audience management, personalization, customer journey orchestration, measurement frameworks, and MarTech modernization while supporting business growth and practice development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of client’s current data management, Customer Data Platform (CDP) maturity, MarTech capabilities, Operating Model and Governance.
• Provide recommendations on optimizing the current stack, define target-state, roadmap and develop use cases/recommendations to improve stack utilization.
• Strategize and build client’s digital marketing data management program for segmentation, personalization, and activation across digital channels.
• Identify data sources and design data cleaning, transformation, and integration approaches for CDP.
• Evaluate and recommend new ways of data management through CDP and its integration into the broader marketing technology landscape.
• Plan, design, and recommend end-to-end CDP solutions such as Adobe Experience Platform – RT CDP.
• Partner with technology solution providers, client IT teams, and marketing agencies to deliver solutions.
• Understand and convey the impact of regulations like CCPA, GDPR, and client-specific regulations on data management.
• Design integrations between tools/platforms of different vendors/MarTech/AdTech components/data sources.
• Stay updated with CDP landscape and engage ecosystem players/vendors for best-in-class digital audience management capabilities.
• Develop and manage a team of CDP specialists, including work allocation, project SME support, hiring, and training.
• Drive business development efforts and thought leadership in the CDP and digital marketing platform space.

• Identify, assess, and lead Agentic AI use cases across CDP workflows, establishing human oversight, governance, and responsible deployment controls.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Customer Data Platform (CDP), MarTech transformation, customer data management, and consulting-led delivery
• Strong understanding of marketing processes, data management, data strategy, data integration, Customer 360, identity resolution, consent, segmentation, audience activation, personalization, and journey orchestration.
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting digital analytics and marketing platforms.
• Hands-on or solution leadership experience with one or more CDP platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform / RT-CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, Tealium, Oracle Unity, or comparable platforms.

• Understanding of Agentic AI applications in CDP, including use-case design, segmentation, audience management, data-driven personalization, platform integration, and responsible AI governance.

Additional Information:

• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business management or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in customer data platform.
• This position is based at our Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, or Pune office.
• Good consulting, techno-functional and project management experience is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills 
• At least 4-5 years of hands-on functional consulting experience preferably in CDP, MarTech, customer data, digital marketing transformation, or adjacent consulting domains.
