We have an immediate opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst at our Burns Harbor office. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst at Cleveland-Cliffs Steel, you can expect to see your work everywhere; the steel you work with every day is used in building nations. Summary of Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process incoming payments and reconcile accounts.
• Maintain proper documentation and address customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and implement process changes to support continuous process improvement related to revenue cycle management.
• Support internal and external customers to ensure requests and daily requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform any other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Analytical skillset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills and general business aptitude.
• Applicants for this position must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Efficiency utilizing SAP.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Accounts Receivable experience in an industrial manufacturing company.
