Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure invoices and credit notes of the Department are issued in an accurate and timely manner

• Answer Customer / Affiliate / Inter-company queries

• Coordinate with related departments to ensure on time and accurate billing.

• Ad-hoc billing tasks assigned by manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

• DSE / Form 5 graduated with knowledge in billing operations; Fresh graduates will also be considered

• Knowledge in Cargowise is an advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business tools

• Detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility

• Good command in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
