Deine Aufgaben:
Bearbeitung der laufenden Kreditorenbuchhaltung
Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Eingangsrechnungen
Pflege und Abstimmung von Kreditorenkonten sowie Klärung offener Posten
Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien sowie definierter Buchhaltungsprozesse
Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung, Standardisierung und Digitalisierung von Finanzprozessen
Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP S/4HANA
Mitarbeit in Projekten im Rechnungswesen, z. B. im Bereich E-Invoicing, elektronische Rechnungsverarbeitung und Automatisierung
Dein Profil:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder Betriebswirtschaft, oder eine vergleichbare QualifikationFundierte Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung oder in einer vergleichbaren Position im Rechnungswesen
Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System; Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA sind von Vorteil
Gutes Kommunikationsvermögen in Wort und Schrift, auch auf Englisch
