We are proud to launch our 2027 Accounting and Finance Graduate Programme. Our Finance team are an integral part of the business at every level. This programme is designed to develop our future leaders by providing them with a unique environment where they will be challenged daily in order to prepare them for future business leadership roles.

By joining us you will enter into a Graduate Programme which promises to give you a wide breadth of experience as we look to develop the future leaders within the food industry globally. It’s a fast-paced, exciting team that lives in real-time, where you’ll need to be ready to respond quickly to anything that might challenge our ability to deliver to customers.

Our Finance Graduate Scheme runs over three years where you'll spend time across the Finance function Business Partnering with other areas of the business including Operations, Sales and Merchandising whilst studying for your Accountancy qualification. From day one, you'll begin to gain hands-on experience, whilst also broadening your technical know-how.

You won’t be joining “just another graduate scheme”, our graduates have the ability to go all the way within the Finance team and be the best they can be. Because we only hire a select few, this programme provides unparalleled opportunities and exposure to key leadership within our business.

Requirements:

• 2:1 or above (realised or predicted) in a relevant Accountancy or Business degree.

• A solid understanding and demonstrated interest in Finance.

• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.

• Strong commercial awareness and career motivation.

• Available to start September 2027

• Full clean drivers’ licence and access to own transport
