The Accountant for Enterprise Business Services is responsible for the accounting and balance sheet reconciliations for various North American accounting activities, which will include responsibility for various government reporting requirements. Responsibilities will include participating and coordinating month-end close processes, ensuring financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures, and preparing and maintaining support of various monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

What will you do?

• Perform accounting for various North American accounting activities.

• Responsible for various government reporting requirements.

• Responsible for the monthly preparation and maintenance of support of various balance sheet reconciliations.

• Participate in and coordinate the month-end close process to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of close. Compile, reconcile and ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures for month-end close.

• Other job duties and projects as assigned.

What do you need for this role?

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, or Business with emphasis in Accounting or Finance required.

• 3+ years of accounting experience

• Excellent understanding and familiarity with GAAP and the ability to apply these principles in practice.

• Strong working knowledge of financial and accounting concepts and practices.

• Broad understanding of internal controls.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead through influence and network.
