POSITION SUMMARY

This position manages the assets in Taiwan, which includes the following scope.

• Develop relationships with customers in conjunction with various function teams. Ensure Air Products meet customer’s needs and to better understand how Air Products can continue adding value to their respective facilities and areas.
• Collaborate with operation team to improve ASUs, purifiers, analytical equipment, and capacity, etc. at existing sites. And optimize production efficiency continuously.
• Maintain each franchise and onsite plant’s asset lists to monitor asset utilization, recycling, maintenance, replacement, relocation, upgrade, and retirement.
• Contract management to ensure business sustainability which includes business expansion and scope change management.
• Collect market intelligence and marketing information to support the sales team’s bid activities and to constantly update each franchise and onsite plant’s thorough profiles to be ready to be presented internally or externally at any time
• PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Provide asset management leadership to Air Products’ new or major fab retrofit opportunities. This also includes adding smaller prospects to load our franchise systems.
• Manage the existing on-site/pipeline which includes all assets in onsite contracts.
• Lead strategic planning and coordinate the company’s resources across product lines for new opportunities and new product qualifications.

• JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Supply Chain degree
• 5+ years of Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing or Production experience in manufacturing industry
• Ability to interface all the functional groups (project, operation, engineering, and accounting) for contract management.
• Good command of English, both verbal and written
• Experience in Merchant Gases LOX/LIN/LAR/H2/He is a plus

POSITION SUMMARY

本職位負責管理台灣地區相關資產，主要職責範圍如下： 

• 與客戶及各功能團隊共同建立並維持良好關係，確保 Air Products 能滿足客戶需求，並進一步了解 Air Products 如何持續為客戶各廠區及相關領域創造價值。 

• 與營運團隊合作，改善既有廠區之空氣分離設備（ASU）、純化器、分析儀器及產能等，並持續提升生產效率。 

• 維護各 Franchise 及 On-site 廠區之資產清單，以監控資產使用、回收、維護、更換、搬遷、升級及報廢等狀況。 

• 進行合約管理，以確保業務永續性，內容包括業務擴展及範圍變更管理。 

• 蒐集市場及客戶資訊，支援商業策略、投標及管理決策；透過客戶互動及跨部門合作，發掘業務拓展與改善機會，並持續維護各供氣廠區及 On-site 廠區相關資訊。

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• 為 Air Products 新建廠或重大晶圓廠改造機會提供資產管理領導；亦包括開發較小型商機，以增加供氣廠區系統負載。
• 管理現有 On-site / Pipeline 業務，範圍包含現場合約內之所有資產。
• 主導策略規劃，並協調公司跨產品線資源，以支援新商機及新產品認證。

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 具商業、工程、化學、化學工程或供應鏈相關學位。
• 具 5 年以上製造業之業務、供應鏈、行銷或生產相關經驗。
• 具備與各功能團隊（專案、營運、工程及會計）溝通協作以進行合約管理之能力。
• 具良好英文能力，包含口語及書面溝通。
• 具 銷售工業氣體（氧、氮、氬、氫、氦或其混氣等）相關經驗者尤佳。
