Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a strong, proactive Account Manager who is passionate about digital, brand, and communications, and keen to be part of an agency and team with ambitious ideas.
In this role, you will be pivotal in managing multi-channel, integrated campaign launches in the UK while serving as a central hub to liaise with key global markets and manage network alignment.
As an Account Manager, you will work as part of the client services department, reporting to the Account Director and collaborating seamlessly alongside all agency departments (Creative, Strategy, Production) as well as global network partners.
What you'll be doing:
- UK Integrated Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end management and delivery of integrated campaign launches in the UK market, keeping progress, energy, and momentum strong across multi-channel touchpoints.
- Global Market & Network Liaison: Act as a key client services point of contact for international markets—liaising with key global stakeholders, managing network alignment, coordinating localisations, and sharing toolkits/best practices.
- Financial Management: Help manage the financials of the account, ensuring contract sign-offs, invoicing, and supporting the commercial team to maintain financial health across both UK and global workstreams.
- Project & Timeline Management: Ensure all projects and campaign rollouts are managed effectively and completed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives—acting as a primary client contact.
- Briefing & Strategy: Interrogate client briefs (brand truths, reasons to believe), work with the strategy team to draft agency briefs (consumer insights and proposition), and brief in/review work before presenting to clients.
- Client & Network Meetings: Attend and lead client meetings, presenting campaign work or strategic approaches. Confidently take, navigate, and challenge feedback when necessary.
- Growth & Proactive Planning: Work closely with the Account Director to identify, develop, and implement proactive value-adding initiatives and account plans to drive client growth.
- Industry & Competitor Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry developments, trends, and competitor activity across both UK domestic and international markets.
- Team Collaboration: Play a broader role within the client services team in supporting wider growth-related opportunities and agency initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- Integrated UK Campaign Expertise: Proven experience launching and managing full 360 integrated campaigns in the UK across digital, social, brand, and traditional channels.
- Multi-market Management (Nice-to-have): Demonstrated experience liaising with key international markets, coordinating global network agencies, and managing multi-market complexity.
- Strong Client Management: Excellent client-facing skills with a track record of building trusted, strong relationships.
- Brand & Creative Aptitude: Experience working on brand-led client accounts with a sharp grasp of creative work, brand visual identities, and the confidence to discuss creative work with Creative Directors and teams.
- Strategic Understanding: Clear understanding of brand strategy development and creative processes across the consumer journey, with the ability to articulate briefs alongside planning teams.
- Financial & Commercial Acumen: Good business and financial management skills (budget tracking, reconciliations, scoping).
- Organisational Mastery: Outstanding organisation skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ownership & Initiative: A self-motivated team player who thrives on taking ownership of projects to deliver best-in-class execution autonomously.
- Stakeholder Management: Comfortable discussing work directly with clients and managing complexity across multi-stakeholder and agency-partner ecosystems.
We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That's why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office an average of four days a week. If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.
