Job Description:
Responsible for market development and customer management of industrial abrasive products, including prospecting, new customer acquisition, existing account management, and opportunity tracking. This role requires a strong performance-driven mindset and excellent learning ability to quickly understand product applications and industry needs. Close collaboration with internal teams (technical, marketing, supply chain, etc.) is required to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

• 維護既有客戶關係，了解需求並提供解決方案
• 提供符合客戶應用需求的研磨產品建議
• 與內部部門協調訂單、交期與技術支援
• 蒐集市場與競品資訊，提出分析與建議
• Salesforce 系統即時登錄與填寫
• 達成年度業績目標與銷售績效
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Provide application-based abrasive product recommendations
• Coordinate with internal teams on orders, delivery, and technical support
• Gather market and competitor information for analysis
• Real-time entry and updates in the Salesforce system
• Achieve annual sales targets and performance goals

Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above (Mechanical, Materials, Chemical Engineering preferred)
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Excellent learning ability with quick understanding of product applications
• Comfortable with field work and regular customer visits
• Proficient in business communication and basic computer skills
