Job Description:

＜職務内容＞

• 製造技術担当として製造ラインを受け持ち、日常の生産を技術面から支援

• 新規工程の立ち上げ、設備条件設定、パラメータ最適化

• 量産品質の安定化（不具合の原因解析と対策立案）、歩留まり、生産性改善

• 既存設備の改造、新規設備導入、オートメーション化推進

• 関連部門（ラボ、工務、生産管理、生産職場など）との連携による課題解決

応募条件

【必須】

• ４年制大学卒業以上。技術系で特に化学/機械/電気のご専攻で学士以上

• 日本語:Nativeレベル

• 英語力:目安としてTOEICならば600点相当以上。

• Microsoft Officeの基本スキル（Word、Excel、PowerPoint など）

• 普通自動車運転免許（自家用車通勤のため）

【歓迎要件】

• 製造技術、品質技術などの経験（フィルムコーティング関連の経験があれば、さらに可）

• 生産プロセス改善や品質安定化の実務経験

• 設備やプロセスのトラブルシューティング経験

• 統計手法を用いたデータ分析経験
