Currently working with international clients, we are looking for Senior Mechanical Engineers with strong experience in battery systems, electromechanical product design, and manufacturing support. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands-on development, CAD excellence, supplier collaboration, and solving complex mechanical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Mechanical design for battery cell integration, enclosures, and electro‑mechanical assemblies.
• Create 3D models, 2D drawings, GD&T, and BOMs for tooling release.
• Perform tolerance stack-ups, DFMEA, and design robustness activities.
• Update designs for automated assembly, DFM/DFA, and manufacturing transfer.
• Support prototyping, on-site builds, suppliers, and international manufacturing partners.

Requirements

Must‑Have Qualifications

• Engineering degree: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace.
• 6+ years of product design experience.
• Experience with batteries, energy storage, EV, or PCBA packaging.
• Strong CAD skills: Onshape, NX, SolidWorks.
• PFMEA, PPAP, DFM experience
• Advanced English + valid travel visa.
