Role Overview:
As a Senior Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for winning new enterprise clients by selling cutting-edge data, cloud, and AI solutions to ASX 200 organisations and government sectors. This role is pivotal in establishing and expanding our market presence while collaborating with industry leaders such as AWS, Microsoft, Databricks, and Anthropic.

Sectors of Focus:

NSW & ACT: Financial services, telecommunications, technology, federal government, and healthcare.
VIC, SA & TAS: Retail, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services and state government
QLD, WA & NT: Mining, energy, infrastructure, healthcare and state government.

Key Responsibilities:

Market ownership: Take charge of the market in your region, identifying prospects, generating leads, and closing high-value transformation programs.

Sales Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to proposal development and closing.

Strategic Alliances: Build and maintain relationships with key partners and leverage alliances to enhance sales opportunities.

Thought Leadership: Advocate for innovative AI strategies and help clients transition to AI-first business models.

What You Bring:

Experience: 10+ years in enterprise technology or digital consulting sales, with a proven track record of new business wins.

Sales Expertise: A hunter mentality with experience in driving top-line growth and winning enterprise logos.

Industry Connections: Established relationships with decision-makers across relevant sectors, particularly in financial services, healthcare, mining, and technology.

Commercial Acumen: Familiarity with outcome-based contracts and a strategic approach to sales.

Adaptability: A strong understanding of the modern data stack and the ability to navigate complex sales environments.
