Project Administrator Placement

We are seeking a motivated Project Administrator Placement student to support the planning, coordination and delivery of business projects. This role provides hands-on experience working with project teams, maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, coordinating meetings and ensuring actions are completed on time. The successful candidate will gain exposure to project management processes, stakeholder communication, reporting and administrative support within a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project managers with day-to-day project administration.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
• Monitor project milestones and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and status updates.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Organise project files and ensure records are kept up to date.

What We're Looking For:

• Currently studying a degree in Business, Project Management, Computing, or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
