- Support Traditional Chinese review and user acceptance testing (UAT) for website updates and new digital capabilities.
4. Digital
- Support the build and review of campaign webpages, eDMs and social media posts with internal digital teams.
- Help maintain the campaign/product and BAU webpages, making sure content is accurate, aligned and up to date in both languages.
5. Marketing operations
- Source and coordinate the production of CG-branded premiums, and manage the inventory overview to inform replenishment where needed.
- Submit invoices, follow up with vendors where needed and support marketing budget tracking.
- Raise Workfront tickets and resource requests, and help keep the marketing calendar up to date.
6. Projects and initiatives
- Contribute to ad hoc marketing initiatives, including strategic and transformation projects such as GenAI-enabled translation and workflow improvements.
