Valsoft was founded in 2015 in Montreal, Canada. Our focus is to acquire and grow vertical market software businesses that provide mission-critical solutions in their respective niche markets. So far, we have acquired over 100+ businesses, and we have over 3,000 employees across 20+ countries.
