Nell and Dan founded Folia Health upon realizing there wasn't a place for individuals living with chronic conditions to capture their day-to-day experiences in a structured, actionable format—or a simple method to share the whole story with providers and researchers. Having loved ones living with complex conditions, they sought to bridge this gap and put the real experts in control. Home-reported outcomes (HROs) digitize the vast personal health knowledge that lives in patients' heads, leading to more data-driven care and therapy development.
