The Opportunity

As a Zuora Solution Architect - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the optimization of operational efficiency using Zuora's Quote-to-Revenue solutions. Within our Finance practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Your work will empower clients to achieve their strategic objectives across various industries.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to navigate challenges and make informed decisions. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm. Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation of Zuora's Quote-to-Revenue solutions to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Zuora applications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success and deliver quality results
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to enhance service delivery
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to foster team development and effectiveness
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
- Utilizing skills in revenue recognition and automation to improve client financial processes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Zuora Billing and Zuora CPQ X
- Utilizing strategic questioning to drive subscription business model success
- Excelling in revenue recognition automation for finance operations
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex client challenges
- Leading teams through ambiguity with composure and strategic direction
- Innovating processes to enhance service excellence and client satisfaction

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
