Job Description:

Summary:
Yield enhancement engineers are responsible for released products, including low yield on hold lot disposition, fab transfer qualification, mask change qualification, bump house transfer qualification, yield improvement and product quality improvement.
该职位主要对已发布产品负责，包括低良扣留批次的处理，晶圆转厂验证，电路版本升级验证，bump转厂验证，良率提升和产品质量改进。

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1    Dispose responsible products on hold lots daily. 处理日常负责的产品的扣留批次。
2    Low yield product analysis and yield improvement of responsible products. 低良率分析和产品的良率提升。
3    Responsible product quality improvement. 提升负责产品的质量。
4    Mask change qualification. 电路版本升级验证。
5    Fab transfer qualification. 晶圆转厂验证。
6    Responsible for products cost reduction related engineering work. 负责产品开支减少相关的工程工作验证。
7    Provide support for other groups and customers in a timely manner. 为其他部门和客户及时提供支持。
8    Develop solutions to clearly defined problems (limited in complexity, with precedents available). 为明确定义问题开发解决方案（不过于复杂，应用可用的引用单元）。

REQUIREMENTS:
1    MSEE of Micro Electronics or related Electrical Engineering 微电子或与电相关专业硕士及以上学历
2    Basic knowledge of analog/digital circuits, device physics, IC manufacture process, Assembly process and related IC testing process 有基础的模拟/数字电路，器件物理，半导体工业流程，封装流程及其他相关的半导体测试工艺等知识。
3    Self motivated, strong ability for teamwork. 自我激励，有很强的团队合作意识。
4    Good communications skills in English 良好的英语交流能力。
