- Liaise with internal departments such as Sales, Used Car operations, Parts, Warranty, and Aftersales teams to align timelines, requirements, and technical specifications.
- Ensure all accessories fitments and homologation-related work are completed in accordance with Porsche technical guidelines, local regulations, and internal processes.
- Monitor job progress and proactively follow up on delays, parts availability, or technical issues, escalating concerns to the Workshop Manager where required.
- Verify completion of work, ensure all required checks and documentation are finalised, and support Quality Control processes prior to vehicle release.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work, homologation documents, and internal approvals to support audits and compliance requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, recurring issues, or opportunities to enhance efficiency within internal workshop operations.
