Workplace Experience Manager - One Bangkok

Job Description Summary

Lead the delivery of an exceptional workplace experience within a dynamic multinational corporate environment in Bangkok. This role will oversee workplace experience and community engagement, corporate hospitality and soft services, vendor performance, space utilization, and workplace initiatives to create an engaging, efficient, and high-quality environment for employees and visitors.

Working closely with Facilities Management, EHS, Security, IT, Real Estate, service partners, and key stakeholders, you will combine a strong hospitality mindset with operational excellence to continuously enhance the workplace experience and support evolving ways of working.

About the Role:

• Lead workplace experience and community engagement initiatives, acting as a key workplace ambassador while developing employee events, wellness programs, engagement activities, and change initiatives that enhance office life and support evolving and hybrid ways of working.
• Oversee day-to-day workplace and soft services, including reception and concierge, corporate hospitality, mailroom, pantry and dining services, and housekeeping, ensuring consistently high standards of service, presentation, cleanliness, and employee experience.
• Manage vendors and service partners, monitoring SLAs and KPIs, conducting regular workplace walkthroughs and quality reviews, resolving service issues, and identifying opportunities to continuously improve service quality and operational performance.
• Partner with Facilities, EHS, Security, IT, Real Estate, and Project teams on workplace safety and emergency preparedness, space utilization, desk and meeting-room solutions, workplace technology, and other initiatives that improve the functionality and experience of the workplace.
• Build strong relationships with employees and key stakeholders, using feedback, surveys, workplace data, operational metrics, and financial information to identify improvements, support budget and cost optimization, and provide regular reporting and communication on workplace performance and initiatives.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Facilities or Real Estate Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 5–8 years of experience in Workplace Experience, corporate Facilities Management, hospitality operations, workplace/community management, or Corporate Real Estate, ideally within a premium corporate workplace or multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of workplace and soft-services operations, including corporate hospitality, front-of-house services, vendor management, SLAs/KPIs, workplace standards, employee engagement, and service-quality management.
• Strong stakeholder and people-management capabilities, with a hospitality and customer-service mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve operational issues, influence service partners, and continuously improve the employee experience.
• Fluent in Thai and English, with confidence working with multinational stakeholders and local vendors, preparing reports and presentations, and using workplace technology, visitor management, ticketing, or similar workplace-management platforms.
