Summary

The Workplace Experience Manager oversees the day-to-day workplace, facilities, administrative, and employee experience activities to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment. They will help manage the opening of our brand-new state-of-art 132,000 sqft manufacturing facility with this position growing to support a team in the near future.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain building lobby and visitor check in/check out policies while following proper ITAR requirements
• Escorting visitors/contractors through the building in compliance with Security policy
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, room reservations, guest offices, minor audiovisual, and catering
• Documenting technical meetings and follow up on action items/commitments
• Coordinate and execute facility tours for high level customers and visitors
• Planning company functions and appreciation activities
• Create and review purchase requests, requisitions, expenses, and invoices for facilities and administrative teams; maintain accurate project coding and procurement records.
• Work with diverse group of employees to assist on projects as assigned by line managers
• Working jointly with project leads to ensure proper information and documentation transfer throughout the life of a project
• Coordinate facility issues, maintain service provider relationships, ensure repairs are scheduled and completed
• Order and maintain building supplies and office stocking
• Special projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, hands-on, employee facing office environment. Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED Equivalent is required or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Experienced in researching, organizing and coordinating multiple projects within tight deadlines
• Experienced and proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Previous experience working in aerospace industry is desired

• Displays strong initiative and drive to accomplish goals and meet company objectives
• Takes ownership and responsibility for current and past work products
• Is committed to learning from mistakes and driven to improve and enhance performance of oneself, others, and the company
• Focuses on teamwork and puts the success of the team above one's own interests

Physical Demands

• Ability to work in an office environment (Constant)
• Required to sit and stand for long periods; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Frequent)
• Uses hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects (Frequent)
• Bending, crouching, kneeling and reaching to file and maintain files (Frequently)
• Ability to lift and carry objects of varying sizes and shapes up to 25 lbs (Occasionally)

The salary range for this role is:

ITAR Requirement:

This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”).
