As a Workday Technical- Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of Workday's suite of cloud-based software. This role is pivotal in enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives through specialized management of Workday applications for HR, finance, payroll, and talent management.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity. This role at PwC Acceleration Center India involves contributing to Workday Technology implementations, focusing on integration, and designing, building, testing, and deploying solutions using Workday tools. You will mentor team members, maintain standards, and demonstrate proficiency in Workday Integration certification, all while developing a thorough understanding of integration modules.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Integration modules
- Designing and deploying integration solutions effectively
- Utilizing knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture concepts
- Excelling in Workday Studio and advanced reporting
- Familiarity with Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Extend
- Engaging in strategic technology planning and process optimization
