This is a brief overview of the position

Workday Support Specialist is responsible for providing Workday support to employees across all entities. The role focuses on resolving ServiceNow tickets, maintaining accurate employee data, processing updates and corrections, and supporting HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. The specialist works closely with HR Shared Services, HRBPs, Recruiters, Payroll, and Technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery and a positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve Workday inquiries through ServiceNow within SLA targets.
• Support employees with Workday questions and transactions via email, teams and ServiceNow tickets.
• Process Workday data updates and corrections.
• Support employee lifecycle processes and maintain accurate data in Workday.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and Technical teams to resolve cases.
• Investigate and troubleshoot Workday related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Systems support.
• Experience with Workday is an advantage.
• Strong problem - solving and case resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional HR teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and continuously develop Workday knowledge.
