Job Responsibilities:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders to understand business needs, evaluate current processes, and identify opportunities for improvement through Workday solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and reporting requirements; develop business cases and solution recommendations that align with organizational objectives and Workday best practices.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and discovery sessions to define requirements, evaluate options, and gain alignment on proposed solutions and process changes.
• Serve as a Workday subject matter expert by researching system capabilities, assessing impacts, and presenting recommendations, risks, and alternatives to business leaders and project teams.
• Collaborate with HRIS developers, technical resources, and vendors to translate business requirements into functional specifications and support the successful delivery of approved solutions.
• Coordinate and support testing activities, including test planning, test script creation, user acceptance testing, defect tracking, and validation of system enhancements.
• Stay informed of Workday releases, new functionality, and industry best practices, providing guidance on opportunities to enhance system utilization, employee experience, and operational efficiency.

• Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
• Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance training.
• Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required Qualifications:

• Education level required: Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum experience required: 4+ Years of HRIS, HR Technology, or Business Systems experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and facilitating stakeholder discussions.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including UAT planning and execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of Workday functional experience supporting Human Capital Management business processes.
• Experience supporting one or more Workday functional areas, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, or Absence.
• Experience participating in Workday implementations, optimization projects, or major enhancements.
• Workday certifications or Workday training coursework preferred.

• Demonstrates a strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders by communicating clearly, engaging in proactive collaboration, and leveraging cross functional insights. • Builds trusted client relationships, whether internal or external, by identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions to enhance the overall client experience.
